Within the scope of the Inno4impact project, multiplier events were organized by each partner organization. What was the purpose of this activity in the project?

This multiplier event aims to provide the opportunity for to experience the methodology designed in the project in a workshop and aims to serve to promote IO1 (Comparative research and assessment of current needs, study report on youth work), IO2 (Designing training modules in youth work and piloting), IO3 (Training videos for blended learning implementation), IO4 (Designing a distance education program and LEVEL5 program in the field on youth workers) and IO5 (Guidelines for Inclusion of the Methodology in settings for Youth Workers) to the target groups directly involved in the daily work with youngsters:

  • youth/social workers and staff
  • relevant stakeholders
  • and network partners

Multiplier events were held in each partner country in order to promote the projects outputs, create connections and ensure exploitation of the project beyond the funded period.

 

Let's take a short look at the activities of partner organizations as part of the “Multiplier Event” activity of the Inno4impact project.

Mozaik İnsan Kaynakları Geliştirme Derneği – Turkey

Mozaik has finalized its multiplier event on the dates of 26th and 27th of February. Totally 84 participants were involved in sessions of the first day. They were informed about the Inno4Impact project’s milestones, the intellectual outputs, the consortium and activities. Carmen from our Spanish partner (Asociación Caminos) presented its organization, importance of the project for them and made some suggestions to the participants. The topics of Erasmus+ and Youth Policies, Youth and Youth Worker and Informal, Non-formal and Formal Education were presented to the participants by the trainers.

 

On the second day, 77 participants received information digitalization for youngsters, digital tools that they can use for their activities and youth, ESC and the issue of disadvantageousness and priorities of Erasmus+ Program and creating an action plan considering the priorities of Erasmus+ Program. Finally, the participants were informed about Youthpass and the revised key competences.  The multiplier event was finalized with evaluation session. The participants were asked to fill online evaluation form to evaluate the multiplier event. During these two days, participants also joined a range of activities that increased some skills such as communication, self-confidence, teamwork, etc.

Inno4impact multiplier event Turkey

Asociación Caminos – Spain

In Spain, 2 events have taken place in Guadalinfo Centres in two small municipalities in rural areas, where the project can have more impact and be more beneficial for the target group, both for youth workers and young people themselves.

The first multiplier took place on Monday 21st March, and the second on the evening of Friday 25th March. At both events, the project was taken through its whole lifetime, from its raison d'être to the objectives it sought to achieve, the results and the intellectual products that have been developed.

 

The feedback has been very positive in both cases, and young people and youth workers, stakeholders and policy makers who have attended have been very interested with the work done, with the benefits that the project can bring them in their daily work and with the Erasmus+ Programme.

Inno4impact multiplier event Spain

University of Innsbruck – Austria

In University of Innsbruck, the "Multiplier Event" was integrated into a regular lecture cycle at the Faculty of Education. This means that it will not be limited to a single event but integrated into the respective teaching context throughout the semester. The courses for the summer semester started on March 14, 2022 and will last until the end of June 2022.

 

In the Bachelor lecture series "Introduction to Migration Education" with a total of about 170 participants, Prof. Erol YILDIZ will present selected contents of the project. In addition, he will also recommend the project's distance learning course (IO4) for blended learning in self-study.

Inno4impact multiplier event Austria

Centro per lo Sviluppo Creativo “Danilo Dolci” – Italy

Centro per lo sviluppo creativo Danilo Dolci has organized the multiplier event of the project Inno4impact in Palermo on 18-03-2022. More than 30 youth workers and young people have participated in the event and learned about the project results. They invited also the participants who participated to the mobility in Austria and Spain within the project.

 

The event lasted more than two hours. They started the event with the open discussion about the youth worker and the challenges of the sector. Many participants shared their experiences and opinions about the challenges there are in the field of youth work. Participants agreed that there is lack of attention from government level to support this work.

 

After the discussion session, CSC Danilo Dolci presented the project results through the power point presentations. They have also printed the project outputs, so participants could get opportunity to have the hard copies.

After presenting all the results, they displayed videos that was developed within the project in order to share the testimony from the participants that took part in the mobility that took place during in Austria and Spain in October and November 2021. Four Italian participants got opportunity to participate the mobility and gain competences in youth work. Before concluding the event, some participants from the project shared their experiences about the youth mobility that they participated within the project in Austria and Spain.

Inno4impact multiplier event Italy

Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Mersin Valiliği – Turkey

Mersin Governorship organized an informative event and training days on the aims, outputs, learning platform and the developed modules within the scope of the Inno4impact project for 1 day for 75 young people on 24.03.2022 and for 10 youth workers on 28-29-30-31.03.2022 for 4 days.

 

The participants of the event held on 24.03.2022 were young people between the ages of 15-17. This activity continued for 4 hours. The event was held for young girls in the Girls' Dormitory affiliated to Mersin Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports. Young people were informed about what youth work is, how to access these activities, the purpose of the e-learning platform prepared within the scope of the project, and how to complete the course.

 

On 28-29-30-31.03.2022, 10 youth workers working with people with disabilities and their families were informed about the aims, outputs, learning platform and developed modules of the project and applied training of the modules for 4 days.
