During the summertime, took place all the events of the CASYE project. These events were the opportunity for the partners to disseminate the aim, the results and materials of the project at national and EU level. This will ensure that the project keep living also after its end (coming at the end of August).

Final CASYE conference in the UK
The Final International Conference on 5th July, showcased the work of the CASYE project and partnership.
The event brought together participants from across Europe and provided an opportunity for sharing success stories and networking across the Creative and Cultural industries.
The event allowed us to inform young people of gender stereotypes in the creative arts; showcase our mentoring framework and handbook for any aspiring entrepreneurs in the creative and cultural arts sector (which is available in English, French, Italian and Spanish); Discuss about gender stereotypes and entrepreneurship in the creative sector; and network with likeminded individuals.
Belgian event – “Transforming spaces through art and culture” exhibition
The CASYE Belgian event took place as the vernissage of the CASYE exhibition “Transforming spaces through art and culture” Diesis Network organized in June 2022. The exhibition was part of the Festival of the New European Bauhaus.
The exposition highlighted the best practices of social economy organisations which have renovated spaces with the use of art and culture to create new environments that have a positive social impact.
Italian event - “Young people, entrepreneurship, art and culture, social economy”
The event was organised on 12th July in the Social Innovation Academy by Fondazione Triulza as part of the CASYE project.
It was a moment of discussion on operational tools, sector research and recommendations for youth workers and for policy developed together with partners from Spain, Belgium and the UK. It was also an opportunity to share processes, opportunities and best practices to make the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI) sector grow in Italy and Europe.
Spanish event - “Culture and its impact on society”
The multiplier event held in Spain “Culture and its impact on society” took place on the 20th of July 2022 at the Guadalinfo Centre in Cañete la Real (Malaga).
After the presentation of the projects and its best practices, there were 2 interventions. The first speaker was Salvador Pendón Muñoz, who presented his book “La casa del lugá“, a book about the uses, traditions and customs of a rural society. The second intervention was by Asprodisis, a foundation that works for full inclusion and has a special employment centre. They presented a sample of their painting exhibitions with pictures painted by their users, showing the value of art and creativity as therapy.
CASYE (Cultural and Social Youth Entrepreneurship) project aims at supporting youth entrepreneurship in the creative sector through the development and piloting a social economy model, with an emphasis on empowering young people with fewer opportunities (social obstacles, geographical obstacles and/or economic obstacles).
